Here is a widget to display your most recent podcast from a particular category. Use it if you both post blogs and podcast together and you want to have a copy of your most recent podcast episode in your sidebar.

I created it primarily for video podcasts so there are options to set the width and height as it displays in the sidebar, other than that all you have to configure is the category that you keep your podcasts in.

Installation:

Just like anything else upload recent_podcast.php to your plugins directory. Then in your admin area go to Plugins and activate it.

Usage:

In your admin area go to Presentation -> Widgets and drag Recent Podcast to your sidebar. In the widget control enter the category number that your podcasts are in and set the dimensions for video podcasts.
